Discovery
For many projects, we begin with a complimentary 15–20 minute phone conversation about the space, frustrations, priorities, timing, who uses the space, and how you want life to feel afterward.
Consultation, when needed
Some projects benefit from an in-home consultation to walk through the space, discuss priorities, take measurements and develop an approach. In-home consultations are $75.
Your plan
We establish scope, estimated time, priorities, products and materials if needed, add-ons, responsibilities and scheduling. No surprise redesign agenda and no pressure to purchase matching containers.
Project day
Hands-on together or more fully done-for-you, depending on the project. You remain the final decision-maker about what leaves your home.
Reset & follow-up
We finish with practical systems and clear homes for what remains. Periodic reset sessions are available when useful.

Do I need to clean before you come?
Absolutely not. Please don’t organize for the organizer. Seeing the space as it normally functions often helps me understand what isn’t working.
Are you going to make me throw everything away?
No. You are always the final decision-maker about your belongings. My role is to help you think through what supports your space, priorities and life.
Do I have to buy new organizers?
No. Whenever possible, we can use what you already own. If a product would meaningfully improve the space, I can recommend or source options while respecting your budget.
What if I’m embarrassed?
You don’t need to be. Olive & Grace exists precisely because real homes get messy and real life gets full. No judgment. No perfection expected.
Do you provide cleaning?
Olive & Grace offers select project-based cleaning services, particularly when cleaning supports an organizing or reset project. It is not primarily positioned as a recurring whole-house cleaning service.
Can I hire you if I don’t know exactly what I need?
Yes. Tell me what’s frustrating you and we’ll determine the best starting point together.
Do you work with businesses or ministries?
Yes. Olive & Grace can help with practical organization, administrative systems, papers, workspaces and certain project needs for small businesses, ministries and nonprofits.
Is my home/project kept private?
Yes. Client privacy matters. Photos, testimonials or identifying project information will not be used publicly without permission.
