Meet Andrea

Olive & Grace was born in the middle of real life.

Not outside of it.

Andrea, founder of Olive & Grace

A life full of moving pieces.

I’m Andrea, the founder of Olive & Grace. For most of my adult life, I’ve found myself in roles that involve bringing order to a lot of moving pieces.

I’ve worked in administrative roles in medical and real-estate offices. I’ve served in outreach and women’s ministry, taught homeschool and co-op classes, served on organizational boards, helped build a nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness, planned fundraisers and events—including 5K races—and spent years in hospitality learning how to work with all kinds of people.

Alongside my husband, I’ve started a business, purchased and operated another business, managed bookkeeping and administrative operations, and navigated the realities of entrepreneurship and ministry.

At home, I’m a wife and mom of four navigating schedules, school, activities, household responsibilities and the beautiful messiness of family life.

Capable people still need help sometimes.

Often the issue isn’t that we don’t know what to do. It’s that we don’t have the time, energy, margin or extra set of hands to actually do it. That’s where Olive & Grace comes in.

Room for imperfection

Growing at a grace-filled pace.

I am not perfectly following every system I recommend. There are still spaces in my own home that need attention. There are seasons when our routines need to be rebuilt. There are unfinished projects and days when life simply wins.

I fully intend to keep growing, adjusting and learning—but at a grace-filled pace that acknowledges human limitations. Olive & Grace isn’t here to sell an image of perfection. It is here to provide practical help for real people.

Why Olive & Grace?

Peace. Grace. Life.

Olive represents peace, restoration and growth. Grace reflects gentleness, compassion and room for imperfection.

The name also connects personally to my family: Salem Grace carries the ideas of peace and grace, while Zoey’s name means life.

Together, those ideas capture what Olive & Grace hopes to create: not simply beautiful spaces, but spaces where real life has room to flourish.

I want your space to serve your life—not become another thing you have to serve.
